probably won't help out all that much. IMO, too much money for what you get.

i've read a bit about these and although hp gains are minimal, fuel milage increases should help out alot and would pay for itself over the course of maybe 30k miles or so

Won't do shit... but considering OEM coilpacks cost $120+, and burnout every 15-20k, it may be a good investment once warranty is over. :)

You're right about that. I just installed 4 new coils because 1 or more went bad. I think with those performance coils it will pay for itself over a period or 3yrs or more and about 42k miles. I paid a total of $102 w/tax for my set of coilpacks. I might invest to the high performance coil packs before I have to replace again.

I think (though not positive) these are modified/reengineered oem coils. The company use to rebate for core exchanges.

I think they're not worth the money.

I agree with everyone here, except Alex. I don't think they even have them for the b6 yet.

i think your referring to the ignition solution's c/p's right? among the points already mentioned, you get a led indicator that lights per spark. someone correct me if i'm wrong here, but don't they also replace failed c/p's?
i've had them for well over a year now, and haven't failed me once (well not primarily anyhow). i did feel a smoother power band when i was just a chip and exhaust. agreed about the price, but i validated my set by paying wholesale . i plan on leaving my company at the end of the year, but i can see about putting together a Gb, if there's people interested.
    I miss my wagon...

I'm in for the GB if you arrange it. If I am to replace stock c/p in the future I rather do the high performance c/p. Let me know if you're setting up a GB.

My brother just picked up the SAME coilpacks we use on our cars (L model) for his GTI, cost him $20.00 a pop from the VW dealership. I think I'll just stock up on some of those.
