Kenwood Double Din ***Paging Hyperspeed***

I was just wondering if there is a way to bypass the "stationary use only" feature on the Kenwood Excelon double din dvd player. Any help would be appreciated.

yes there is. u know that extra harness that is used to connect to ur parking brake? ground both sides if i remember correctly.. so that it loops into a grounded circuit. if u take a pic of the harness it'll help.. i totally fergot what it looks like..

but mainly the side that is supposed to go to the parking brake goes to a grounded source and it'll work when ur driving.

Thanks for the info, I was just thinking about getting that same unit as I saw you had, until I saw that it was stationary. Silence is my bro and he said he knows that you had it wired differently. Oh well wish me luck in Sept. for a nice deck for anniversary. Peace.

Jeff you are correct about the wiring configuration.
