those are not the best size for D2 A8's. we need 245/45-18. those will cause a +1 mph speedo error.

ok so now your speedo is 6mph over vs normally showing you 5mph over the actual speed? not really sure that this is going to cause too much of a problem. maybe less speeding tickets? ;)

Okay, brilliance. we would also need to have a 8.5" rim to fit those.

also, saving $12 isnt that great of a deal.(michelin alpin PA2, 245/45-18)

225/55-17, 245/50-17 and 245/45-18 are the only sizes I will put on my car. you're trying to be a salesperson, make me a deal.

$12? how do you get that price? these tires are $1000 + shipping.. or probably about $1100-1150 shipped on average.
