Anyone use the GFB Boost controller in their car??

lol you name it short of a big brake kit which is coming up next... i ran the MBC on my K03 and there were some good things to come of search for another thread where we had a discussion on them it shows how to install them as well.

I would expect GIAC to push the Ko3 as far as possible safely. There really shouldn't be a need for a MBC at least if you have Ko3 software and a Ko3 turbo. I also wouldn't run 15psi or whatever on stock software...wouldn't want to lean the car out.

there are other things that a bleed valve causes that GIAC has no control over. not every one is running an xchip either. as for stock software i have made it blatently clear that boost controllers should not be used with it. though its not necessarily the best thing for the turbo i used the mbc to make up for the 1.5 psi i lost from my front mount.

My Chip tends to have low boost in 1-2 gears...
so I was thinkin of tuning it with a MBC, and try and raising the boost level for the low end..

Also, testing a Hybird BOV....

So, should I get this MBC ?

Hybrid BOVs work but they'll make you lose a few MPG...at least that's what happened to me.
