can't be heated rear seats . .. only leatherette for those in 2002 1.8T's. I have both the ski sack and heated rear seats.

do you want to turn the ski sack area into a sub encloser?

All you're paying for on the Bose package is low impedance speakers and a bigger amp--same headunit (which can be vagged). Biggest waste of money IMO, and still sounds like shit. :(

in my car i ripped out the ski sack and when i pull down the compartment its open to the trunk and sounds really loud, is that what you want to do?
