Zaru soba with tsuyu is quite bombish, especially in hot weather. Tsuyu, a.k.a. "special sauce" is a mix of soy sauce, dashi, mirin (rice wine), a little sugar, and sesame oil (optional). Serve with a little nori and julienned scallions and you're good ta go, playa.
