ok my right break light bulb burnt out today. i went to canadian tire and got a replacement bulb. now that the new bulb is in the right brake light is always lit up like when the brake is depressed but the middle and left brake light stay dim until i actually hit the break. so is it the bulb or something else causing this?

    Re: brake light problem

Maybe you got the single filament bulb? I bleive our oem bulbs are dual filament, 2 lighting wires inside the bulb.

Maybe you need to turn off the rear fog.
