When I saw this I was like "this must be us" I don't know if any of you guys heard about what happend to us up state guys, but +decipher sure does. We as in 15 cars from Buffalo were going down the 390 at around 100+ just outside Binghampton when people started calling in on us. Well as I look behind me there is a trooper pulling everyone over just like in the vid. So me and two other cars are like screw it and keep going. As we stomp on it we come around a bend and in the turn around there is a cop waiting for us, well with all the traffic and all he could not pull out in time to get the three of us. So we get of at are exit were we are hooking up with all the other upstae guys. We park and get out, 2 min later the cops come in and block my car and two of the other guys cars in. He starts asking who's cars are these everyone is like " I don't know" even me right behind him. But after about 10 min they knew they could not do a thing to us because not one cop got are tag #'s . So off we all went to waterfest..
I know this was not the best thing too do, but it sure was fun...

And all the guys who got pulled over, got warned but one MKIII GTI those guys got arrested and a bunch of tickets...

hahaa its funny...same thing happened to us..i was with several of my friends in golfs, and about 15+ cars all together..some golf drivers started irritating other people on the street, so several of them called in on us...5 minutes later a sherif is standing on the middle of the road and pulling all 15 cars over...lol....we got off with a warning!

Do they have the right to seize video if you are speeding/reckless driving? I dont believe they are legally allowed to search a vehicle for reckless driving and confiscate anything. I would definately contest this, illegal procedure in my eyes.

The kids video tape, with a good lawyer should get thrown out. But the news team video can most definetly be used.

Yes, I would like to know how the cops saw that video. Unfortunatly kids get coherced into showing the cops stuff they don't need, its because they don't really know their rights.

But they did do the crime so they gots to do the time. Idiots for showing the tape, but still responsible for what they were doing.
