To build or not to build...

Debating buying cabinets for the garage at the new house or making my own from scratch? Keeping in mind I have a fence to build as well.

that's a toss up.
depends on how much time you have.

custom (someone else): pricey, but what you want and it'll be trick

custom: (DIY): takes loads of time and should turn out good, but it takes loads of time

pre-built / kit: not as cool, but it'll save you loads.

yeah, I have a lot of wood working tools and power tools. I might just do it myself. I like Deep cabinets for towel storage.

If you have time, do it yourself. I personally love building stuff, so i think it would be a fun project. But it also depends on how much storage you want to build. It could get boring after a while.
