    Alternator Problems caused by HID?

    My car doesnt come with HID stock, so i got OEM- full housing etc ecodes installed...after awhile....my alternator died.....do you think the new HID lights could be the problem?

    No, unless you really meesed up the wiring somehow when installing them. HID's actually use less power than standard lighting setups.

    No, it has nothing to do with your alternator. Unless your wiring melted and created a short circuit.
