Actually, one of THE lightest... Its like 1/2 of the S4 brakes.

A boom is like an arm that is attached at one point and extends out. It is probably attached to the car from the back and is up in the air away from the car. Since the boom is fixed the camera (attached to the end of the boom) is always taking the same photo of the car, but the background is changing.
