We've been getting a slew of Moving Companies calling and asking if we need their services once we move.
Ahh, but we are moving across town by ourselves.

So our phone number is non-published and we didn't give anyone permission to use our number.
Seems these people get the MLS# and it has our phone attached for the "realtors" to call and show our house(it's sold already tho).

So my realtor said bate them and get their number and we will call the MLS folks and stop this from happening(for the future folks I guess).

So my best line is: I'm on my way out the door, can I get yer name and number and call you back? Works pretty good.

I've only had one hang up on me and *69 showed a blocked number.
I've gotten ten calls in the last two hours today (day record so far).

"I'm only doing my job". Sure, and you got my phone number illegally.
