    Body Kit Questions...how Do I??

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I'm a new A4 owner, and this will be my first mod to my 2001 audi. I am planning on going from my 17"s to either 18" or 19" rims and buying a body kit. Any suggestions on brands of kits to buy and what sort of suspension mods will I have to make? I DO NOT want the car riding 2" off the ground. It needs to look good but clear speed bumps and ride well at the same time. Any ideas?? Thanks.

I just got a Rieger kit for my 98 A4. If you lower the car it'll scrape on lots of things and almost any kit is going to only worsen the situation. No kit is going to make it that low however.

this is my car with the Rieger RS4 kit and nuespeed/bilstein shocks with H&R sport springs:

scrapes a lot if you're not careful, but if you pay attention to the road and bumps, should be ok...

    good luck and happy modding!!!

I don't think you'll find any kit and suspension combo that will have very low clearance. I don't have a body kit, and I bottom out on a lot of stuff if I'm not careful.

well i have the kescher front and sides with reiger v1 in the rear. gotta paint the front again cuz long driving just eats at it, and being fiberglass doesn't help either, but gets you away from the rs4 look if you want that.
