    going on an open house interview (with Mortons) afterwork today! Geezz it's been 9 years since I've been on an official interview. Even if I dont get it, I think it's still good to get out there and start interviewing again, unless I just happen to open my own restaurant!

    thanks...i doubt i'd get it though. i have no experience in sales or mrktg. but i did go to school for hotel/rest...so whatever i have nothing to loose except a few bucks on gas and having the fear of parking my car in Hackansack,NJ

    You lost me!! but i do know that i can conjur up conversations with strangers while shopping all the time. and just yesterday i started chatting with some guy about his R32! Selling and promoting a restaurant should come easy for me! Plus I would get to menu plan for parties also...
