I plan to have the following purchased and installed in the next week:

    -GIAC Tip chip
    -GIAC Performance chip
    or
    -ABD boost controller
-ABD 4 bar fuel pressure reg.
    -Bailys diverter valve
-Replace old intake with Evo cold air intake
    -K&N drop in
-RS4 Ecode projectors with HID ballasts

And in the future I plan to install:
    -AWE Front Mount intercooler
    or
    -ABD Front Mount intercooler
    -k04 turbo kit
    or
    -Stage III kit
-Exhuast(if i can find it for FWD)
-Uberhaus RS4 Front bumper with carbon fiber splitter/HID fog lights/bottom grill
    -RS4 grill
    -Uberhaus Side skirts
    -Rieger back bumper
    -Carbon fiber hood with scoops
    -carbon fiber trunk lid
    -BBS rgt 18's with pirellis

***If anyone has any of those for sale please let me know btw...***

Going into induktion to get some parts installed soon. I was just wondering where all the meetings go down, so i can start coming down there and talk to people about what i should get and shouldnt get.

    Thanks for all your help,

what's up. You should check out the Mid-Atlantic forum on www.audiworld.com that's where must of us MA'ers (Mid-Atlantic'ers) post about GTGs. Also check out www.capitalaudi.com It's the website for the most active group of Audi owners in the DC area. We had a 10 car caravan go up to waterfest. The group is made up of a bunch of helpful people who love to lend a hand whenever necessary. If you ever have a problem with your car or want help with an install, just post in the MA forum and someone will be willing to help out.

Hey man, welcome to the Audi community. Good to have another local =) Wow, you're jumping right into the modding process eh? I drove my stock car around for a while to save money but also to help me appreciate the mods I put in that much more.

Either way, looking forward to see how your car develops.

Couple of suggestions though...I don't think you'll need to upgrade the FPR until you get a turbo upgrade of some sort (K04 or better). The K&N drop-in filter has a lot of mixed reviews, a lot of times with people messing up their MAFs. Some people say it works fine, but why risk it? I'd say if you really want a drop-in that lasts a lot longer than a paper filter, go with the ITG one. I got mine from awe-tuning.com, and it works great. Other people have good things to say about it too.

P.S. 4induktion is a great place that knows their shtuff! Ed and Matt are great guys, I highly recommend them

SlighPost: Oh thanks for telling me that? What does Drive by the wire mean(sorry if im an idiot) hahah

Joeya103: Yeah man im jumping straight into it, haha. Word I've talked to Ed at Induktion for some time now, he's tight. Yeah i'll check out that ITG flter you were talking about. Your mods seem to go with what i plan to have done to my car very soon. Any comments about the GIAC, 710N(I'm getting a bailys DV), Ecodes, ITG filter.

DBW means the car doesn't have a throtle cable connected to the gas pedal. Instead the pedal is like a dimmer switch and more you push it in the more power you get. On the other end the throttle is opened up more and more but its an electric signal that is being relayed to a motor instead of simply hooking a cable up to the pedal. You and I have the cable but newer A4s have DBW.

I think I've seen you on the road before 4 PLAY...do you have a manual or auto/tip? Cuz I saw this one guy with a pearl white + rieger...he was on the cell phone with his left hand, right hand on the steering wheel, and then he took off. I'm guessing he was auto/tip.

There's a CapitalAudi GTG at the Rock Bottom at Ballston Mall tonight at 7:30.

$1 pints. Even if you are under 21 it still shouldn't be a problem getting in.
