OE rotors are made by ATE. You can get Zimms as well. I personally recommend Brembo sport.

what brand of rotors are the best, and what should i buy, slotted, cross-drilled, or slotted/dimpled. Also, will the performance rotors fit oem setup.

someone was saying awhile back that crosed drilled tend to make noise and vibrate and all that heat reduction isn't really needed for just street use, slotted would be my choice, tho cross drilled do look better, so it would all depend on what you want them for

thanks for the reply, that's exactly what i needed to hear. I'm more concerned for the performance aspect of my rotors, not how pretty they are.

    thanks

Some (lesser quality) cross drilled rotors may crack. My friend had that problem with Zimms.

As for cross-drilled vs slotted - there was always a debate which one are better. Somehow, big brake kits from Brembo come with cross drilled rotors and so do Porsche cars. And you can't argue with their performance.

Plus slotted rotors tend to be noisy, at least my were.

so ur saying that slotted are noiser than cross drilled, i herd it was the other way around. if you buy high quality rotors are they less likly to to make noise and crack, or is the noise based on good, or bad they are installed??
