its was good meeting the foreigners from the left coast too.
(saturnine, imperial, overspun, axxis.)
too bad I didn't get to hang Saturday night, got home real late from paintball.

i ended up not taking as many pics because of the rain, and my battery died.

might as well make this the official waterfest pic post. Good to meet all you guys, Evil, Kirath, and Benfica. It was about time. It's a shame we didn't get there ealier to park near you guys.

^Took 4th place in the show. not bad for his first one, especially since he has absolutely no "ICE" mods. we might be moving my sub and amp box over to his car. I'm thinking of moving the sub to the side compartment and moving the CD changer to under the middle rear passenger seat.

heh, no biggie. That's not my car (mine's volcano black). It's Reation42(?)'s he came up with us. He's interested in swapping my sub setup into his car.

I have 3 of those myself... the only thing that didnt get ganked when the car was stolen...
they can put out quite a thump.. and I didnt have a big enough amp on them.. I'm looking to get a JL 1000 to put on them and stick them in the avant...

I will be putting a different amp on mine soon. Only running 600 mono watts to them now.

if they really are 10w6 's they can handle up to 300 each... so they're def underpowered right now...

is that a JL box they're in, or is that custom?

I know JL sold subs in sets of threes that weren't quite up to the power capacity of w6's... they were rated at like 150 or 180 each

on the way back down to DC our 8 car caravan ran into a sick yellow S4 with the k04/RS4 coversion. We cleared the road for him and he gunned it rolling at about 40mph, ALL 4 TIRES lost traction and he fishtailed wildly for a second, then once they connected he literally took off down the road. It was amazing.
