AZElite dominate Sonoma GP Carshow!!

Big ups to all the AZers and FAZ (Friends of Audizine) who made it out to Infineon Raceway (Searspoint) to bask in the sun and shade of our own tent city to watch the R8, RS6's, and OG 12v A4's battle in three action packed races on a fine warm day in Sonoma! Special thanks to Lolo Ken for organizing the show, getting us the sweet deal on admission and even a nice couple of parade laps around the circuit led by Audi RS6 team drivers Randy Pobst (in Quattrogirl's SC-A4) and Michael Ghilotti (in OWD's S4).

Congrats to everyone for contributing to yet another best repped car club win for a massive showing of Audis. Individual props to Christine/Quattrogirl, Rich/Neoprufrok, Ken/OG Lolo/Quattro30v for their individual wins in category. It was truly an impressive sight to behold as so many Audis lined Turn 7.

Thanks to NorCalVW for joining the tent city and for bringing the watermelon!

first off, THANKS to KENTOT once again - had it not been for him, we wouldn't have brought home a trophy a week x 2.

Organizing an event like this takes A FRICKIN LOT out of a person - i'm so amazed on how he can balance his day job, his craftswerx business, autocross the day before....take numerous calls last minute - "can you get a me a ticket? the day before peeps." I didn't know Kentot worked for On Star and gave out directions to so many people.

(Not to mention that homie drives all the way from Vallejo to hook up at so many of our meets - he's one of the usual suspects that shows up to almost everything despite the drive)

If that isn't dedication, then what is?

I think we OWE Kentot and Jenith a DINNER..or two!

We were taking bets on which of ours was gonna take flight and land in the middle of turn 7. Actually, Benny's started to collapse, but they took it down right away.

He's not a real doctor, he is a surgeon. They can't fix anything with out cutting it off. But I have to give him credit, he puts back the things he cuts off

It's a running joke among veterinarians when people find out we went to school as long a "real" doctor.

I didn't realize he was there, I would have like to talk shop with him.

I apologize for not getting to meet all of you. Family commitments prevented me from staying for the rest of the day, but it was fun while it lasted.
