    I know all of you guys are gonna tell me that its so simple, but I'm just bad at that kind of stuff. Would a place like Best Buy or Circuit City hardwire my Passport 8500 x50 for cheap? I'd rather just have it done professionally then me try to do it, and mess something up. Thanks for the help.

    I just hardwired mine with a telephone wire I had laying around. Please dont spend $$ on that at some place that will rob you.
