if youve heard supersprint on b6 1.8t, reply to this please.

I've heard both the Thermal and the Milltek now. The thermal is way too loud for what im looking for and the milltek still has too much droning at low rpm's than i would want. My friend has a supersprint exhaust system on his vr6 and it sounds amazine. I had a VR6 GTI with magnaflow exhaust and the sound was awesome, loud as shit and great engine groul, however I always loved the way his VR6 sounded with the supersprint. So I'm very very curious as to how the Supersprint exhaust sounds on a 1.8t. If you have heard it on a 1.8t, preferably a B6, please respond and tell me what you thought. if it was Loud or drony, or if it sounded nice and tuned and purred along. If you can get me a sound sample I will love you forever.

i have the supersprint exhaust, and it is my favorite among all of the other exhausts ive heard. all of the other ones ive heard are louder or not as deep sounding as supersprint. i highly reccomend it.

1.) Do you have the full exhaust? Turbo Back or Catback or just Mufflers?

2.) Is it quieter than Milltek?

3.) Please post a pic of how it looks coming out the rear. I want something that will fit nicely with my Ultrasport Rear Bumper.

He has just mufflers and it is a bit quiter than milltek in my opinion. (only slightly)

Ok thanks. Kinda helps me out. I'm looking into a full turbo-back system though including down-pipe (not neccesarily a test-pipe though).

I think the full system from Supersprint would still be a little bit quitier than the full systems from Milltek or Neuspeed. Supersprint is really good about getting horspower out of the BMW's but while retaining a deep tone.

How about just the magnaflow mufflers or borla on stock piping? How would that sound? Magnaflow sound nice on a A4 with bigger piping and no resonator, but its probably to loud. would just adding the muffler have the same sound but be quieter or differernt sound? Iam either thinking of going with 2.25 piping from resonator to muffler only but muffler shop said it wont make a difference. My muffler shop pushes borla, but I think the maganflow sound deeper and mellow? Anyone heard both of these ? My choice was remus but to expensive.

Supersprint cat back is really good I had that on my 92 bmw 325i chipped, it was quieter then borla but borla was louder and deeper which I like to but supersprint sound nice to and performance wise it had good top end after 55mph it would pull more, I guess the chip and exhaust combination was the best.
