Getting a turbo timer.. need help!

I'm thinking of getting a turbo timer for my 04 1.8T ... any ideas on which ones are good and where to install in the so cal torrance area?? any input would be appreciated thanks.

Is it true that you cant use the keyfob to lock the doors if you install a turbotimer?

Yeah, you have to lock it using the key. but when you come back or after the TT turns off your engine you can use your remote again.

I got mine installed by Ansen as well, he does a clean job.

1. Retain stock functionality of factory alarm (able to lock/unlock while timer is counting down)
2. No more waiting while you are rushed (especially with your significant other)

doesn't that mean the key fob will work??

Maybe on B5's but not on B6's.
You can lock it with the key but not the key fob.

that means you can still lock it manually. it doesn't say anything about the key fob

on a b6, you cant use the remote to lock, you have to lock it manually.

yeah i have one, but haven't had time to even try and install it. my stereo hopefully is gonna get installed in a few weeks. planning on installing the companion/blitz TT at the same time.

It's totally leigit. Currently there are only instructions on how to install them on VWs. The Audi wiring has different colors. I watched Agravac 2.0 try to install one 2 weekends ago, but I don't know if was able to do it yet, because there are alot of wires and no directions.
