push harder, it will eventually get on there, if not use some veg. oil(do not get it into the hose) which will allow it to slip on there easier, once its in and locked, its hard to get off.

The radiator hoses have these metal locking clips on them to keep the hose locked onto the radiator inlet/outlet. You have to lift up on the clip while removing or connecting the hose.

taking it off was a lot harder for me than putting it back on. The veg oil helps out a lot.

make certain the clip is up/out and just wiggle it on. It sjust tought since there is minimal room for your hand/leverage

yup, that part is such a PITA, especially since your almost done, and you just want it all back together.

like the others said, make sure the metal clip is up, and just keep wiggling/pushing it.
its a pain, but it will slide into place.

F*ck yes, im done. I heated the hose up for about 5min with a hair drier and pushed really hard, and it went on. Piece of shit hose....but i feel great. Up to this point, all i'd done was oil and spark plugs on a jeep. Did the whole timing belt with minimal help. God it feels good.....

    Get under the car perpendicular.

hold the bumper with one arm and push in, going up and down at the same time while pushing (with the metal clip up) then when u pushed it in and wiggled it on there tight, push that clip down and check to see if it comes off.

    It takes quite some strength

    (for future reference)

    Congrats.
