    Paypal Help

    I have a paypal account and I was trying to update it the other day. When I set it up, I lived in my original house, and use that as my house account. I have since moved and would like to change my house account to the new address, but it says you cannot change your house account? WTF! Has anyone had to do this?

    I think as long as your credit card addresses are at your new address, there shouldnt be a problem..I changed mine a year or so ago with no problem I think..

    It flat out says I cannot change it, which I find hard to believe.

    yeah..I dont get it.. I think what I did..was add the new address.... then hit 'make home'.. but I think that address needs to be associated with a credit card first...dunno

    Oh and here is the real kicker to this whole thing, when I tried to add my new address, it said it was incorrect!!! Now how the he!! can an address be incorrect?!?!?!

    add new address make it primary then delete old one

    You have to add another address, than switch it to your home address. Verify it via phone and then delete the other one...
