FS - 97-99 1.8T Evo Cold Air Intake

I have an Evo intake from my 1.8T that I am selling. Came from my '98 Passat and will work on any 97-99 A4 1.8T. Im selling because I am going back to my stock airbox. Loved the added sound and have always enjoyed the look of it. Just giong back to stock setup.

I paid $270 for this new a year and a half ago and will take the best offer. I prefer Paypal but please include the 3%.

Bump - comes with all mounting hardware, brackets, cleaned and oiled filter, and all hoses and clamps.

BTW - part is sanded and can be painted to a reflex silver color or be left flat black.

Where does the cold air come from?

you can still use your stock air duct to bring in cold air from he front grill to sit over top of the intake filter. I used mine this way with the stock covers ever since I installed mine.

Im going back to stock because I want a more stock look to the car's engine. The intake was great, but Im just going to drop a K&N in instead.

Im looking to get $180 shipped to the lower 48 states. HI and AK will be more and I will get a quote for you M.Whip and PM that info to you.

That filter looks like it's been chewed on. But, I think new ones are relatively inexpensive.

MW - Im sorry but again, $140 shipped. s not what I am asking. My offer is $180, or best offer, SHIPPED. These things go for $170-200 used and I think my offer is within reason. Shipping can be $10-15 anywhere in the lower US, so keep that in mind.

It will work for a 2001. If you have the evap system, I can get the extra small breather filter and have that shipped to you as well. If you are interested please let me know asap as Im leaving for vacation on the 31st and wont be back for 2 weeks.
