John (the owner of Bahn Brenner) has nothing to do with waterwagens other then he's a sponsor. It's not like waterfest where it's put on by a tuning shop (Rapid parts in that case). Whether you like him or not, waterwagens is a great show to attend. I'll be there again this year :)

Ok guys, i'm still deciding whether or not i'll be able to make it to waterwagens, but while i'm figuring that out, where is it going to be held? I'm currently in Renton, right off 405 exit 6. How far is waterwagens from there, and how would i go about getting there? thanks

If you are coming from the Eastside of Lake Washington, take I-405 southbound to SR 167. From SR 167 southbound take the SR 18 exit toward Auburn. Go past Auburn and take the exit for SE 304th/SE 312th (a sign about 1/4 mile before the exit will also identify it as Green River Community College/Pacific Raceways). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left; at the next opportunity, turn right. Proceed on the track access road. Follow the signs to parking and/or car show and racing.

Should be about a 30min drive max from Renton.

If you want to show or race, gates open at 8am. General admission gate opens at 10am. Show runs till 4pm.

Well this should make you feel good, I ate his car up in the drag event for the 1.8t challenge. It was so bad you could fit a semi truck between his car and my car for our times. Even my first shake down run was .7 seconds faster then his best run of the day.
