    D,
I dont think anyone here on AZ would want to buy it, especially w/ your old sig on how much power it made :) It's like saying: "This slut I gave me herpes, anybody want a piece of her?" (though some desperate guys would)

Try eBay... I sold my Neuspeed "1.5bar" chip on there for $300 last year. So glad I sold it. :)

They are NOT updated TT225 injectors. They are TT 190 injectors! They flow 360cc the TT225 injectors flow386cc. This is the kind of miss information that is floating around here that needs to be stopped.

well, this is what I am trying to figure out.

Apparently VAG had problems with carbon buildup on the long stem versions of the injectors and made later ones all short stemed like the ones in our cars stock. They also made the intake manifolds with wells to make the short stemmed ones go in deeper. I am running long stemmed ones in a manifold with deep wells. This can cause problems with flow pattern, gas hitting the walls when not pulling lots of air and excessive carbon buildup on the tips.

john's should be the short neck versions . . . from what car they come stock doesn't matter. They flow nearly the same amount and ECU programming can be changed to account for this. Matt Devo is running the larger Jetta injectors with his K04 while I am running the TT225 ones with mine.

here is what I mean . . . stock are the dark blue ones.

Listen this information is what was forwarded to me from Audi Emissions Lab who's information are you going to trust Derrick! I swear to God you guys get all hell bent set on one paradigm that you are unwilling to hear anything at all. Mark pointed this out in the later post and I'm having my information verified. But somehow some of you are still not going to believe it. For that I say whatever...i'm not going to obsess in this any longer. And to clarify my tone as this is the internet, i'm MIFFED.

I'm not arguing that the shorter injectors aren't better only that they are not the TT225 injectors. If you go asking for TT225 injectors you will never find the ones you are looking for. And no body is getting knowledge from VAG directly it is all "Street Knowledge" I don't care what Aaron, David, of Jeff say.

    Derrick,
You are wright. I wasn't arguing that longer ones are better then shorter ones. I was told by Greg that I have TT225's and after pulling them out I realized that they are not.

    Duane,
Are the short neck one's TT225 or Not?

these are 2003-2004 225 TT Injectors. And the number 360 was achieved through RC they did the flow testing so wherever the other magical 386 that someone else has it's also dependent on how they flow tested theres. Just like dyno numbers whoever's rating them and how they do it determines the numbers.

If you still doubt me call the dealer and as what are the injectors for a 225 TT for 2003-2004...

Hopefully Greg Woo will post and put this to bed because i'm tired of it.

    You Are tired of it?
I Have been dealing with this crap for the last 4 months, and all I got was BS from NS.
You have only heard their side of the story, so I would apreciate if you didn't interfere before hearing my side of the story.
Please feel free to invite Greg to the forum, cuz I have couple of things to say to him too.

    Thank You

Also, you as an AZ Admin should not interfere in topics like this and defend sponsors.
If NS has something to say they should post themselves, just like Dr. Garret Lim did.

listen...who's interfering with this topic i'm merely interjecting some information that i have. How is that construed as interference? Who's defending?

And last I checked you were asking me for info? RIGHT?!?!? And Admin's/Mods can post on any pertinent topics that they feel they can assist in.

I don't see Foofighters posts as interfering, seems he was simply trying to help and getting denials for his efforts. Not pointing fingers or saying this was anyone in particular, just stating what I see and I can understand the frustration.

At any rate, here is what I know about those injectors.

    The 06A 906 031 J is for the AMU Engine Code ('00-'02)
The 06A 906 031 BC is for the newer BEA Engine Code ('03-'05)

This is reiteration of information already discussed, but hopefully this will help somewhat...

When i got the injectors for my car a few months ago i ordered 225 TT injectors from the dealer and got 06A 906 031 BC

So to verify i called 2 Audi Dealerships Rusnak Audi (1-626-229-2419) and Keyes Audi (1-818-922-0500), i had them look up the injectors for a 2004 Audi TT 225 HP and this is the part number 06A 906 031 BC

As I posted before I called Stevens Creek Audi and asked for part# for TT225 injectors and they gave me this
    06A 906 031 J

    Anthony,
One more time, you guys have been great in this entire ordeal. Hope we can do more bussiness in the future.

    Foo,
Thank you for your help, I apologize for my previous post.

I just don't understand why NS hasn't called me back yet after 5days and simply tell me the part number for the injectors.

Yes, this is the information we needed and is what Duan and myself were of the opinion of. In my post above I explain a reason why they changed them; carbon build up on the tips of the longer 'J' stems. FWIW: most of the tuners that supply injectors get the 'J's at bulk rates and then grind off the numbers to hinder others from knowing what they are.

Both injectors will work in our cars. People, like myself, with the 'J's just have to check the tips for carbon buildup every once and a while, ie. every 5k during oil changes.

If you really are concerned about the two types of TT225 injectors, then get the 317cc (Jetta) fuel injectors. They are larger then the stock ones and are much cheaper and easier to dfind used. They will work fine for K04 and similar upgrades but not for larger t28's etc.
