Yes, everything will hook up to the new kit.

I'm glad you said it. I'm sick of being the "bad guy" when I say that it's a waste of money to run these kits.

It is a complete waste of money, and you lose power.

Can you name one other mod that you'd pay for, that also causes you to lose power? I can't. Instead of debating, everyone can just search the forums on this subject.

Well if you covered your entire vehicle with stickers that were 3 inches thick and filled with molten iron for strenght and durability that looked REALLLLY REALLLLY cool like I mean out of this world, then you would add weight destroying your P/W ratio making it slower....haha

$250 for an intake that suks hot air. not my cup-o-noodles! Ask anyone that TRYED an aftermarket intake, if the stock airbox is better than any mushroom filter can do.

I am working on getting proper heat shielding on my car. I have a 2.8 so no turbo directly next to the filter.

So far I have a meaty heatshield blocking engine heat, and I have put the filter lower and away from the engine, and vented the wheel liner to pull air directly through/over the filter. Now I need a top for my "box", put the belly pan back on, and find a way to get more cold air DIRECTLY to the filter from the bumper, this weekend.

I'll take pics when i'm done.
