Anyone have any experience with this? I lost my phone and now i need to call them tomorrow and get a new one. I'm pretty sure i need a police report or something, but thats not a problem.

    any suggestions?

they'll tell you exactly what you need to provide to them...you might get a loaner phone for the time being

    No loaner phone for me.

I had to file a police report and then phone into the insurance company's special 1800 line. they sent the phone within a week and my service was suspended for use until the new one was recieved. Came pretty fast though.

Maybe in NYC they are afraid that the customers will run off with the phone or something. Or maybe its too much of a fraud liability to give away loaner phones. Its not practiced here though.

what phone did you lose? if it's a condor series phone then don't get another condor, get the falcon series (i.e. i730, i830, i530) anything that's a 3 digit model... all condor phones will be gone by november as nextel will be required by FCC to have GPS enabled phones.

    good luck

u just need to get a police report. you need your contract paper when you walk in.

also i730 is $100 deductible. which means u have to pay 100 dollars in order to get a new phone.
