How hard is it to remove the front and rear bumper covers?

I need to repaint my bumper covers and was wondering how hard it its to remove them.
I would remove them myself and have a shop repaint them.

you can leave the reinforcement in the bumpers while they are getting painted. the front you pull the two side grills off then its two torx bolts push up and down and then forward and it should come off. For the rear http://www.patmedia.net/adedios/bumper.html
