    What is a to use onthe plastic and leatherette parts in my car? That is cheap and does the trick. Something like that Armoral(sp)

    You can use armorall on the plastics.
    Leather cleaner can be used on the leatherette. I wouldn't use armorall on that.

    I would *not* use Armor All. pretty much anything w/ Silicone Oil will do two things to rubber/vinyl:
    -too much initial 'shine' (tacky!)
    -and when used over and over, the silicone oil will slowly dull or grey the material out.

    I would recommend Lexol Vinylex for interior. I would recommend spraying it first on your cloth, rather than directly onto the surfaces; this will prevent spotting and leave a more even mild gloss.

    I've used watered down Armorall in the past with sucess. Too bad can't get Vinylex around here.

    303 Protectant. Its an aerospace grade plastic protectant. Will make dull, faded, greyed plastic look brand new. It also works on any other color plastic.
