are any of you running at the NHRA sport compact event this coming weekend and if so are any of you going to try to run the "street legal" class that they are going to be running for the first time. This will be recorded for their tv show and there is even a "euro only" class for sport compact cars. First place gets a trophy and most likely will be seen on air for their coverage of the NHRA event. I am trying to decided if I want to drive all the way out there to run this class but at the moment I already have plans for saturday.

mike i think you should go run and represent for us. just get the heads up on what the temp and track conditions are going to be like on that day. hopefully its night racing so the temps will be much lower. i would go but i was in vegas for 4th of july and got a speeding ticket on the way. i cant afford to go again. but i wish you the best of luck if you decide to go, which i would if i had your setup. haha
