anyone know how a lower rear control arm is constructed?

The control arm connected to the rear sway bar: I need to know if the bolt leading from the inside of the arm/bushing (connected to the sway bar is screwed into the control arm or part of it. As I was removing the nut off the bolt...the bolt suddenly seemed to have come loose from the control arm, rather than the nut coming off the bolt.

If you're talking about the swaybar endlinks for the rear, it's a ball-joint. So yes, that thing will move around. Is that the part you're referring to?

He is talking about the endlinks, but where it attaches to the control arm, not the swaybar end. Think he got it all sorted out in the post on AW.
