    DUI Checkpoints?

    Anyone know where to possibly find DUI checkpoint information? I heard they post where the check points will take place, but haven't been able to find anything online yet?

    and if your in the line already, dont make a u turn. They have bike cops waiting for ppl that do.

    Best response. But for those of you that are "curious" where they are located, I believe they are posted the day of in the newpaper. They have to make a public annoucement, and that is the best medium to do so. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    If you're headed down to the beach for new years, there are so many fucking cops EVERYWHERE. They are walking, on bicycles, atvs, boats, bikes and definately undercover. Yesterday in Laguna, I saw a gray RAV4 toyota hauling ass on pch with lights flashing. Never seen a rav4 undercover before.

    I know for a fact that there will be one right off the 55 by triangle square. There are usually a few on pch also.

    I'm going to be down in Newport, but I'm going to leave my car up in Costa Mesa off Victoria so i should be able to get back on the 55 without having to wait in checkpoint lines. BTW, i don't drive drunk, but have been pulled out of my car a couple times to do the stupid test last time i was let go after doing all there tests and blowing just .02 time before was .03. Its just a hassle waiting in line for them to clear me through.
