    Noob from the vortex!

Hello all! I hopped over from the vortex forums. Found a lot of referrals to this forum in that one so now i'm here to see what it's all about. Very satisfied so far. However, in either forum, there doesn't seem to be too much southwestern support! I live in North Phoenix. Work at an independent BMW race shop and love it. Own a 99.5 B5 A4 1.8tqm that I bought for $3500 totalled and repaired everything myself in school up in NY 2 years ago. Re-painted it Laser Red (although I really dont like red cars). So thats me... Nice to meet you all

Yeah, the level of Audi/VW enthusiam is a bit soft in the NV/AZ area. We do have a handful on here though, and either way, welcome to The Zine!

Dude that is so true and I always mention it i the main boards. A few weeks ago I saw a kick butt RS6 on Shea doing F@kng 35MPH and sure enough it was an older lady... She probably had no Idea what she was driving. In fact I saw an older guy also at the dealer asking " what ever it is as long as I can have something with 8 cilinders..."
I live in Fountain Hills and have an A6 2.7T pretty much OEM except for the GIAC Flash upgrade, and very soon new wheels... There's a few of us in AZ but you know out here we rather be out-there instead of typing on a computer. I come down here about once a month but mostly post on the A6 land and Avant boards. If you don't mind I will add you as buddies and maybe we can organize a GTG some time.

    Peace!
