When I turn the steering wheel at a stop, it makes a groaning/squeeking noise. Any clue?

it's the power steering doing it's job. At idle the pump is working without much help from the engine. Might want to check your fluid, sometimes there will be a small very slow leak and after a while it will get too low, making the noise even louder. I have some Pentosin PS fluid somewhere in my closet, let me know if you're running low

you really do not want to lock the steering wheel to full turn. Bad for the PS hose and pump.

I had a squeaking problem with my PS that could not be solved by adding new or more OEM PS fluid... so i sucked all the old fluid out and replaced it with this "Lucas" brand power steering fluid that is really thick and 20k miles later still going strong with no leaks or squeaking. I was a little skeptal at first but it seems to be doing just fine.

I had a groaning/creaking noise whenever I was turning right of center. Had to replace the lower control arms on the left side. Had similar sound years ago and it was the tie rod ends. Also had steering-related noises due to low fluid level. Take your pic, my car has been through it all...or it just seems like it.
