My roommate is over the honda seen and he is getting rid of both of his JDM right drive civics. He wants to come to the dark side of Euro BMW M3(laguna Seca Blue). Starting $15000. Dont forget this car is registered in the U.S and also it has alot of modifications. Like seats, spoilers, engine, suspension. wheels, everything has been touched on this car

Howd he get it legally reg'd in Cali?
I used to know a bunch of RHDs who couldnt get reg'd (legally) cuz of emissions and all that other BS.
