5K service

Just turned 5K on my baby and looking at going to either the dealer I bought the car from (Stevens Creek Audi) or the newest location Livermore Audi. Livermore is about 40 minutes closer. I wonder if they give a loaner car to tool around in if I waited around in town. Its a 45 to 60 minute drive from Modesto as it is. I've also seen some scary threads on Livermore, what to do? I would hope the pinoy guy would help a fellow out you know. Any suggestions??

What scary threads on Livermore? Its prolly one of the best dealers in the Bay Area!!!

well hello my pinoy brotha from modesto! yes..definitely loook for frank at livermore audi! i'm bringing my car there for my 20K which should be next month....and i live about 3 miles away from dealership (which shall remain nameless) in burlingame.

so yeah..i'm willing to drive about 45 minutes to livermore to get my car serviced.

OK then. I've already set up an appointment for next Monday. Actually talked to a 'Mike' in service that offered to pick up my car in Manteca (where he lives), give me a rental and return my car next day. I've opted at this point to drive out to Livermore and have them give a loaner while I wait around in town (2hrs wait maybe?). I had the dealer in SJ replace my stereo unit FOC due to faulty CD changer operation a few weeks after I bought the car. They came to my house, dropped an A4 3.0 for a day. A kid came back with my car the next evening but I just did not feel right about a stranger driving my car. Hope they do a good job.

I'm Happy to say things went well for my 5K service. I was in and out of there witihn an hour, car washed up and vacked. Nice, new, squeaky clean d'ship. Mike to my order that day. Thanks for the input all!!
