    Palm Pilot and VAg

    Can you load a Vag onto a Palm Pilot? Mt laptop died and I cant afford a new laptop so I thought maybe a palm pilot might work.

    I'm pretty sure that Ross-Tech doesn't sell VAG-COM for Palm.

    The only Palm compatible software I've ever seen is ProDiag by Shade Tree Software:

    It's compact and fairly useful but, it doesn't come anywhere near the level of features of VAG-COM. Plus, there have been some bugs with it for quite some time now (random freezing, incompatibility issues and changes not being saved ).

    I don't think that you need much to run VAG-COM. You could get away with an older PII machine if you want to keep costs down.

    There's alot of used laptops out there for under $200.

    you can buy the vag with a palm pilot from a website i forgot wich one but its around 200 bucks or so.
