Thinking about buying an S4 so my car must go up for sale.
Its a 99 A4 5spd Quattro with 45K miles.

Slotted Disk brakes
H&R Springs
S4 Front w/ Fogs
18'' Milli Maglia wheels
30% window tint

Car is black with tan leatherette. No holes, rips or stains at all. Immaculate interior and exterior. Exterior has no dents, paint is still glossy. Waxed regularly. Will send pics upon request because i dont know how to host. Sorry.

I got the exact same car as you with very similar mods, but its automatic (higher resale value) and I would love to get 17K for it. I think you might be asking too much, you should part it out if you want to get the most money out of it. Try to part out and sell the car for about 13-14K.
