There seems to be alot of oxidation (in the form of small specs) on the black b-pillar. Anyone know how to make it look new again? I tried clay bar, but it just made it worse. Now there are streak marks on it.

There is this stuff that I use on the black trim pieces and tires sometimes called black chrome that would probably work pretty well. There are compounds developed specifically for bringing out black in rubber / vinyl / plastic.

Is the B pillar plastic? It looks like painted metal. I dunno.

I think on the 1999.5 and up it is painted metail...and plastic on the older models. mine is all scratched up too. not sure what can be done for it though.
