I think you have to be playing in the same level to join a cartel. I'm in A2, but there are like 12 different levels as well as a B section. Anyone else playing in A2?

i jumped #606 in A8 so many times that it wont let me anymore.

Andre jump fool number 524. I have jumped him a bunch of times already. I think I may have messed with the wrong guy cause when i tried to jump him it told me he had 3 times the amount of money i do. So i just sabotaged his factory. He will get back at me. Andre make me proud.
