Open door and fuel alarm buzzer

My car is a 2000 A4 and last week the Open door and fuel alarm buzzer stop working. Is there any fuse controling this?

How is your fuel door tied into your buzzer?

When i say "open door and fuel alarm buzzer" i´m talking about the sound you hear when you leave then ligths on and open the door and the sound you hear when the fuel level reaches the minimum. Any ideas?

I believe the buzzer is integrated into the instrument cluster. It may have died.
