It was late and I was tired....

Shorthand version: I need to know where the Torque Convertor and Valve Body are on the A4...

The torque converter (like in all auto trannies) is that big fat donut looking thing that joins your tranny's output shaft to the flexplate (starter) that is bolted directly onto the crankshaft. A torque convertor is pretty much a clutch, that slips and locks at certain speeds, and they are bolted and setup directly in place of a clutch/flywheel/flexplate on a manual setup. Since there is no actual "flywheel" on an auto that acts like the friction plate, it is simply a "flexplate", a piece of metal with teeth for your starter to crank.

Your valve body is the assembly inside your ATF/oil pan that does all the "sucking up" of fluids and gives the proper pressure to control yours shifts and how much power it can handle. Upgrading your valvebody will make your shifts much faster, and allow more power to be made.
