power steering noise

ive been noticing this awhile now but it never really bothered me until today when the guy changing my tires brought it into the garage. if you turn it all the way left/right there is like a high pitched whistiling noise. anyone ever have this problem?

i get it at times, but it's not very noticable. i barely hear it myself.

flush your power steering fluid, then replace with this




i had that noise before, i thought my power steering pump is gonna blow, but i just replace the fluid and it's fine now.... you can find that Pentosin 11S at monument, or Livermore Audi uses it if they run out of the OEM Audi fluids.

didn't you put a different type of power steering fluid in there a long time ago? i wonder if that is starting to take its toll on your power steering pump. make sure you're not too low on fluid.

it sounds like ur low on fluid, all you have to do is add more and make sure it is not leaking
