Question anyone have the tool to change brake pads?

I have to change my brake pads and just found out that I have to have some tool to change the rear pads. Does anyone in the Bay Area have the tool and want to help a fellow bruddah out?

I'm gonna go ahead and change my front pads since you don't need the tool for the fronts. Maybe I'll catch him online later on tonight.

you can try it without the tool, use a big needle nose pliers to rotate the pot, make sure you open the bleeder valve first, it should be easy to rotate once the bleeder is open.

I've got the rear brake tool you can borrow. PM me later if you want it.

It looks like you got the right parts off according to these instructions

K, where in the heck do you get a 7 mm hex key? All my sets have everything BUT 7. They all go from 6 to 8. I'm going nuts over this install!!!

I'm going to try and borrow one from Arnold. Thanks anyway, I appreciate it. This project has turned into a nightmare. I've left the car on a stand so I can continue the work tomorrow. I hope it's smooth sailing tomorrow.

Yeah, sometimes it can get challenging. You just gotta let it be for awhile sometimes. When I start saying f*ck after every word and its past 2am... I know its time to throw in the towel.

Ok, I'm back at it again. The pass side was much easier than the driver's side (mainly because I have the right tools...THANKS ARNOLD!). I think I'm going to check the driver's side again before doing the rears. Man, this is killer on the lower back!
