Yes they do fit both normal Halogens bulbs and HIDs ... They are made by Depo, and the shop that will be hosting the group buy is Emotion Garage out of CA. No we do not have the smoked ones sorry. We only have the standard chrome E-Codes

Got these couple days ago and dramaticaly improved the look of the car. If you dont want to cut anything on your car for whatever reasons, this is a great alternative. Talk to Matt(I east cheese), great guy to deal with. He'll answer any and i mean any dumb question you can throw at him. Thanks Matt.
