    His name is "tank". 11mos old 80lbs purebred german shepherd. Pics to follow later tonight when parents come home w/ cam. GORGEOUS dog. It was the breeders show dog and i just happen to get lucky she was selling him. WOohooo!!! Oh yeah, parents dont know yet

    Yeah, they will get over it lol. G/f stayed w/ dog in bedroom. Parents walked in the house from being at the LPGA US OPEN all weekend. So i go "sit down right here". Go get the dog "meet the new member of the family tank" lol Mom LOVES him. Step father still has to warm up but ya know he loves him. Just has to be hard headed about it for a few days.

    make u feed him the right stuff because most sheppards can get some bad arthritis in the hips on the rear. go to Pet Co or some other place and get sheppard specific food since I use to care for my uncles 5 pure german sheppards and 2 gold labs, before he moved, congrats thou and make sure he gets good runnings in and stuff. tank is a nice name

    I do the same feeding that the breeder has been doing for yrs. 1/2lb of raw meat, 1 1/2 cups of canidae food, 500mg of vit. C and one omega pill in the am...at night same meat,same food, but 1000mg of Vt. C at night..oh yeah also prozyne (think thats what its called) in the food 1/4 tsp to help him digest.

    good just checking-I feed my dog some weird food and it gave him gas during christmas. he farted right next to my sisters face since she was unwrapping gifts and the wind blew her hair. he destroyed christmas for her.
