    My new studio aptartment

    The walls are like a eggnog color and it looks old fashion and dingy!
    I needed some opinions on colors that would brighten up the aptartment. I heard lighter colors make the place look larger and dark makes it look smaller.
    Does any one have any opinions on what color i should go with..
    im so
    i open for most colors except purple and pink!

    i was thinking maybe a light pink, with accents of purple

    but really... any really light pastel color.. ive always been a big fan of very very light blue, or a very light off-white

    aren't pastel colors kinda old school? what about a bright electron blue or is that to much and would dread coming home to that every night?
    kinda like the blue in my sig...

    Yeah earthy colors are soothing and relaxing. Just stay away from extremely bright colors, my little sister painted her room bright orange and it looks like the light is always on.

    Europa Blue.

    I previously painted my living room a soft blue in my apartment. I'm convinced it makes you depressed and tired all the time, and it always looked dark.

    Now I went with eggshell white. Much nicer. Happy times.
