I Am So Sad =(

sigh. i blew up my avionixx AXT 800.2.

i was going to test how my 8s sounded IB, hooked everything up, turned on the car and spark spark crackle crackle. turn off car, run back to trunk and see amp smoking.

wttttfffffffff. i dont know what happened...i checked everything and it was supposed to be fine. power, remote, ground connected, rcas connected, 2 dvc subs 4 ohms per coil. each coil wired in series, subs wired in parallel for a 4 ohm total, bridge amp to run 800 watts @ 4 ohms. everything was right. i seriously dont get it.

anybody have any ideas? i'm going to send the amp back because i swear it was faulty. unless somebody sees something wrong with the above wiring...

even if it was a faulty amp, repair or send out new one will take a while...makes me so sad =(

i guess next weekend? unless you wanna do it during the week which is okay with me too. shoulda shipped yesterday so maybe gets here by weds-thurs ish.

i think its a bad amp...im gonna call tommorow and see what the company says.
