Forge DV from Ecode tuning

Ordered my Forge DV from Ecode tuning. The picture on the website described and showed it as being this DV:

However, when I received it today, I opened up the box, and it was this DV:


I was very frustrated and upset, having expected the first Forge DV to come. I checked ECode's website and the pictures don't match up, but the serial numbers do.

What is the deal here?! Should I keep this DV and be happy with it, or send it back for what I ordered. This is either a case of deceptive advertising, or an honest mistake.

What size hose clamps do I need, because this didn't come with any, nor any installation instructions

Before complaining on the forum you should have called Dave first and if he wasn't willing to work with you then post it on the forum.
Is this supposed to be an add on from last nights GIAC vs. REVO thread.

no this is not an add on from last night's thread.

Just spoke with dave- very nice guy. the dv they shipped me was a more expensive one. he gave me the option of keeping it or sending it back. i just decided to keep it because of the hastle with sending it back and forth and the down town this would involve. alright, it's done, matter is taken care of
